1. Activation Timeline
Upon the successful purchase of any RSX Hospital plan, our verification team initiates the processing immediately. Your plan will be activated within a window of 4 to 24 hours.
2. Retrieving Your Activation ID
To access your healthcare benefits, please follow these steps once the activation period is complete:
- Check your Registered Email Inbox for your Unique Activation ID.
- Ensure you check the Spam/Junk folder if the email is not visible in your main inbox.
- This ID is required for all future logins and hospital support services.
3. Support Assistance
In the rare event that your plan is not activated within 24 hours, please contact our administrative support desk:
